New BCF Grant Application Portal
In January 2024, Banff Canmore Foundation (BCF) launched a new portal to make it easier for organizations to apply for grants and other programs. This new tool will also support the work of the people who serve on BCF's Grant Review Committee, allowing to better understand a project's potential.
The first program on the new platform will be the 2024 BCF Community Grants. The portal to receive applications for that program is now live, with deadline for submission of January 30, 2024.

This cloud-based grantmaking platform is used by hundreds of Community Foundation across North America. With tools to support the entire life cycle of a grant - from application to evaluation to agreement and reporting - BCF is better equipped to involve local people in grantmaking programs and share the impact of funded projects.
Here are some highlights:
One Stop Shop
The user-friendly application process supports the complete lifecycle of a grant, facilitating applicant preparation, submission, status and reports.
Save as you go
Applicants will be able to start an application upon launch on January 10, and save the work as they go. This means you can take your time to fine-tune your application and ensure it's ready.
Collaborate
More than one person is able to prepare and edit an application. You can share your drafts with your team to review, add comments and edits before you click submit.
year over year
Once you've started an application, your information will be saved for future applications.
Reviews and evaluations
On BCF's end, the new portal simplifies administration, review, evaluation and acceptance. It clarifies the information the review team needs to do thorough evaluations.
REminders and tasks
Successful applicants will have a simple way to stay on top of deliverables, including impact reporting. BCF will send reminders and assign tasks as required - and it will all be held on the same platform.
